Achievements:
Proposal for styling of custom 475 Pilot House version chosen by client, maximizing efficiencies by utilizing existing deck tooling and windshield molds.
Design of 35 custom tender for 86m M/Y Cakewalk (Derecktor Shipyards) with hydraulically actuated hard top, twin inboard Volvo 370hp turbo diesels.
Implementation and integration of 2/3/5-axix cnc milling into the production work stream reducing tooling time and waste, while increasing accuracy.
Design of “Revolver” Helm Seat with integrated, motorized dive tank dispenser and storage, and actuated helm seat bolster, which was very well received at the 2008 Lauderdale boat show.
Design of “Lounger” bench seat which converts to a sun pad at the push of a button. Implemented successfully on the 430 Sport Yacht model.
Design and implementation of safety device for fully actuated console doors to sense obstructions and reverse, meeting all design criteria including retrofitting to existing mounting points.
