Objective


My short-term goal is to learn more about the maritime industry and develop my skills as a Technical Writer. I currently translate maritime accident reports and have 17 years of experience at the Panama Canal. I learned about ship architecture and tonnage during my work at the Marine Bureau's Admeasurement Division where I researched new buildings and later prepared tonnage certificates for maiden voyages.
