Technical and Maintenance Manager at Maersk Line (Conakry-Guinea)

•Manage, motivate and instruct all working team members. Structure tasks and goals, establish efficient courses of action and set priorities with considerations to high productivity.

•Responsible of planning, organizing and directing work

•Manages technical resources within budget and project schedule.

•Plan, manage, supervise and execute complete maintenance and repairs mechanical and electrical yard and intermeddle equipment at minimal maintenance and repair cost.

•Perform maintenance and repairs of equipment according to the equipment technical documentation and standards at the time, safety and quality required.

•Enforce the implementation of standard policies and safety procedures creating a good and safe working environment and all necessary tools for workshop team activity.

•Ensure that entire staff is periodically instructed in respect of safety rules and regulation for specific task.

•Ensure all inventories are correctly done.

•Responsible on ordering and tracking spare parts.

•Responsible of fuel and oil projects (consumption security and safety procedures).

•Responsible of Kalmar forklift, trucks, terberg, heavy container handler (conch amp) DC, DRF, DRD and empty handler containers.

•Responsible of electrical and hydraulic machine troubleshooting.

•Maintain and report operational and downtime records on equipment.

•Record maintenance activities, corrective repairs, parts usage and orders, and man hours on all covered equipment using available computerized maintenance system using RMS (Rest Machine Software).
