OBJECTIVE
Being a certified Inspector (CSWIP 3.1) and experienced welding engineer with working experience in welding inspection and control on various international projects including BTC pipeline, Pump station and Azpetrol Terminal, my basic objective is to develop professionally and work in a multinational environment to enhance and apply my skills and knowledge in a strong Company.

Construction, installation and testing in respect of the DRA Injection Facilities at PS-A2 (Stainless steel piping for DRA (Drag Reducing Agent); Erection of DRA storage shelter)

Duty:
• Piping welding inspection accordance with BS EN 1011, ASME 31.3 (CS, SS).
• Oversee and manage piping/structural construction works from conception to completion accordance with BS 5950.
• Material inspection, compliance with mill certificates.
• Qualification of welding procedures accordance with BS EN ISO 15614, ASME IX.
• Welding and repair procedures preparation.
• Welders’ qualification accordance with BS EN 287.
• Fit-up of structures, preheat control, welding parameters as per WPS.
• Visual inspection of welds (SMAW, GTAW) and co-ordination of correct NDT.
• Generate inspection reports as per requirements

• Pre & post hydro test line walking.
• Witnessing pressure tests (hydro, pneumatic, flushing, leak testing)
• Daily audits of welding processes and consumable stores.
• Visual control of quality of welding joints,
• Control over welding procedure performance (preheat; parameter check; visual examination etc.)
• Generate inspection reports as per requirements
• Keeping records of various statistic information.

Work Experience, Skills and Professional Achievements
Summary: After completing my Degree in Baku Oil & Gas Academy I joined a Baku Engineering Company. I have developed my skills to the point that I have good experience in construction activities such as piping and structural fit-ups, assemblies, spooling, performing construction activities as per drawings, sketches; quality assurance, quality control services, civil inspection, third party inspection services, project execution, expediting quality daily audit of welding for GTAW and SMAW process for low alloy carbon steel according with API 1104 and ASME section IX. Review of NDT & other procedures, WPS, PQR & WPQ. Familiar with various national and international codes & specifications and good exposure for the inspection of material and equipment. Familiar with different kinds of inspection scopes including material inspection, welding, visual, dimension check, post weld heat treatment(PWHT), NDE, line walk, hydro test, flushing, leak test, site erection supervision and expediting, coating, pigging, cathodic protection, trenching , back filling etc...Familiar with various codes and standards such as ASME, ANSI, AWS and API and etc...
