ACCOMPLISHMENT AND EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Career started after graduate high school and technical trade school. Work for a steel building and small boat fabricating Co. as a Welder fabricator, fabricating several building, small boat and dry-docks, Cement and Electrical power plants. To improving my career in 1971 started working for the US Navy, for a period of twenty-one years. Started as lead Welder/fabricator and was promoted to superintendent, GS-13 Pay grade. Resign in 1992 and went to work for James L Taylor manufacturing in New York State, for one year as a production Welder/fabricator. Change career and went to work for New York State DOT as Civil engineer/State inspector, in charge of road and bridge construction. Accurately comprising project drawing takeoff and estimating construction quantities. Contractor payrolls and construction supervision. Resign and relocated to Houston, Texas. Work for three years as contracted Welder/fabricator/Pipe fitter for several offshore companies including. Diamond offshore. All State marine and land crane Co. Martect marine crane Co. Rig Master offshore Rig Fabrication Co. Sea tract offshore crane fabrication Co. Offshore equipment fabrication Co. Two years fulltime employment at Oceanneering International, Four years fulltime at Transocean Sidcofourex, as lead Rig Welder/fabricator/Pipe fitter. Change career to project manager at Blue Print Construction Co. More than (38) years combined experience in construction, combination welder (SMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW) pipe fitter, fabrication facilities, pressure vessel to shipbuilding and repairs, offshore oilfield rigs in U.S. and oversea, civil engineering/state inspector, blue print drafting and designing, project drawing material takeoff, project estimating and budgeting, material and equipment invoicing and purchasing, project management and supervision, work effectively with people of all level, architects, engineers, general contractors, city inspectors and officials to accomplish project scheduling and deadlines.

Project Manager for a residential and commercial construction Co. Fabricating and erecting steel and wood frame building, new construction and remolding projects of various sizes including; Retail store and office space build-out, plumbing, electrical wiring, air conditioning installing and repairs, custom build kitchen and entertainment center cabinets, book shelving, drywall handing and finishing, ceramic and wood flooring tile cover, interior and exterior painting, driveway and sidewalk paving. A proven record of accomplishment by completing projects on schedule and within budgets.

Offshore lead welder/pipe fitter/fabricator; Transocean Sidcofourex Houston, Texas Sept 1999 - October 2002 Rig; Cajon express as combination welder/pipe fitter and lead welder, responsible for rig maintenance and emergency repairs, Maintaining welding shop supply and equipments. Supervising contractor work crows while under welder contract with the rig. Consulting with structural engineer and rig captain. Assign to marine department. Work in regional and overseas locations, such as Venezuela, Aruba and Gulf of Mexico

Offshore Companies; Oceanneering International; June 1996 -September -1999. Combination welder/pipe fitter and fabricator, fabricating several offshore equipment, on call for offshore rig emergency crane and structural repairs. Hard surfacing and heat-treating. Air ark gouging and plasma cutting. Worked on small and large equipment, independently repaired and maintain welding machines and other shop equipment, often commended supervisor for exceptional workmanship.

New York State DOT August 1992- May 1996

During this employment period at regency (8) New York State (DOT) my services including; Civil engineering, state inspector, inspection of bridge and road construction, contractor payroll and supervising contractor work crows.

US Navy May 1971 – January 1992:

During this employment period working at the US Navy ship yard and repair facility, repairing several US Navy battle ships and Atlantic fleet vessel, Cargo ships and Submarines, Gunboats, US Coast Guard fleets, Ferry boat and Barges, Special accomplishment and performance award from US Naval Commanding Officers; USS Jonas Ingram "on July 26-1980 I was the chief supervisor in charge of performing extensive emergency repair to the USS Jonas Ingram collision damages to port side, between the waterline and deck, approximately 10' feet by 34' feet was removed and replace and was fit for sea by August 14 1980". USS.YD-113 Roosevelt Roads extensive Hurricane Hugo damages. USS. Kidd 993, USS. Spinx and many other USN battle ship was repair base up on my expertise and superior performance. The first (3) years as a sheet metals mechanic, (4) years as pipe fitter and hull technician and (4) years as lead welder/pipe fitter and (10) years as shop superintendent, advance pay grade GS-13
