I have over 14 years of welding experience and knowledge gained through that experience. I am a Certified TIG and MIG Welder. I have experience in welding mild and hardened steel, cast steel, stainless steel, aluminum, magnesium, copper, and brass. I have extensive experience inreading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings. I have the ability to use all shop tools, as well as, industrial band saw, drill press, milling machine, hole punch, shear, leaf brake, and roll former (tube and sheet). I have experience in using precision measuring equipment, such as, inside and outside micrometers, depth gages, surface comparators, Rockwell hardness machines, and vernier calipers. Certifications include structural steel MIG (all positions), aluminum TIG, and TIG 6G carbon steel pipe.
