- Developed, reviewed, maintained, and executed software and hardware test cases for multiple transportation customers

- Managed, assigned, and reported investigations into field software and hardware problems between a 4-person support team

- Responsible for troubleshooting live field problems for 5 customers to allow seamless and near-uninterrupted software operation via remote Linux, SQL, XML, C, and GIS Designer resources

Launch Instrumentation Systems Engineering/Analysis

June 2010 – March 2011

- Responsible for detailed knowledge, anomaly tracking and resolution for GPS Missile/Launch Vehicle Tracking, Command Destruct, Optical Tracking, and Transportable Telemetry Instrumentation systems that support 45th Space Wing rocket launches from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Kennedy Space Center, and submarine ballistic missiles launched from the Atlantic Ocean

- Performed detailed research studies and post-mission analyses using Satellite Toolkit (STK 9) to model missile and launch vehicle tracking, visibility, and ground instrumentation effectiveness

- Conducted research and developed Eastern Range capabilities documentation containing technical specifications of new combat-ready Transportable Command and Telemetry system used for launch mission support

- Developed and integrated code and calculation enhancements to more accurately determine antenna sensitivity for Telemetry systems utilized for missile and launch vehicle tracking

- Maintained detailed knowledge of critical mission objective and launch vehicle/space vehicle systems on Ares I, Atlas II, Atlas V, Centaur, Delta II, Delta IV, Dragon, Falcon, Orion, Space Shuttle Space Transportation System (STS), and Trident vehicles

Launch Systems Analyst

- Developed, tested, and integrated five new analysis programs and procedures utilized within Meteorological instrumentation systems supporting U.S. space launch operations

- Analyzed and edited lightning detection Fortran code to provide capability for higher resolution detection improving launch vehicle protective efforts in U.S. space programs

- Performed forensic meteorological analyses for post-launch troubleshooting resulting in innovative launch countdown modifications which improved space asset planning and availability

- Conducted experimental GPS troubleshooting, testing, and performance evaluation using state-of-the-art multi-antenna mobile GPS platforms

- Developed and executed experimental GPS flight operations checklists for all phases of flight

- Conducted post-processing on raw GPS data (Applanix GPS software)
