Responsible for global maritime crewing activities conducted from 20 countries and 38 offices supplying marine manpower 470 units-comprising of Ro-Ro/PCC/PCTC, LPG/LNG/Product/Chemical tankers, FPSO/FSO/Seismic & Research vessels. I have P&L responsibility of 15 offices and overall profitability of the crewing operations. I am responsible for operational excellence of the manning and training activities of the company including running of the International Maritime Training Center, in Mumbai-India.

Offshore Clients: Western Geco /Schlumberger, SBM, Songa, Volstad, Petronas Carigali.

Selected Achievements

•Increased business volume and profitability -revenue increased by over 40% and gross profit by 97% - over a period from 2009 to 2011.

•Major thrust towards employee and seafarer welfare- through various initiatives taken in supply countries and onboard vessels-leading to Wilhelmsen Ship Management being declared as the “Shipping Company of the year 2011” by ICSW, under the aegis of ILO, IMO & ITF.

•Turnaround of International Maritime Training Center by spreading its footprint and reproducing its offering in 8 countries.
