Management / Supervision
? To manage controlling all ships and cargo manifest information on time and prepares ships plans to include yards, manpower and equipments plans for employment ready for execution by operations prior vessel arrival.
? Use and implement terminal computer system for all planning works for terminal operations.
? Optimize the use of all terminal assets during the ships planning work to achieve best options for fast and safe ships turn around time.
? Review all operations plans after execution and analyses the root causes of any delays and suggest for any future improvements in planning works for implementation.
? To conduct and implement a customer service senses in all planning work integrated with ships agents to increase vessels owner services satisfactions.
? To ensure all work safety codes and related work procedures are followed at all times when planning works is considered for the execution of such plans.
? To ensure all port and container terminal work policies/procedures and any other official rules and regulations are followed and respected during his duty
Education
Bachelor of Commerce.
Deploma in Business Adminstration

? ICND (Interconnecting CISCO devices) – CCNA
? MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer)
? Diploma in Networking and Hardware from (NIIT).

Working in PICT with following Responsibilities .
? To assist in training and assessing of any new employee that requirements on site orientations and training in ship planning during his working time.
? To build and maintain a strong customer’s work relation-ships with port terminal customers and services groups involved with his working area.
? To keep up with a high level of personnel high-gene and house keeping effort to maintain a clean environment at work specially at his work location.
? Assist with a team spirit in any required works in other operation areas or other control work locations found within his capability to perform during his slack operation days.
? Update the phase in Vessel schedule, during the various passes of the vessel. Keep the Vessel schedule updated. Continuous Monitoring of progress of Vessel.
? To obtain Hatch covers drawing, stack weights, LCG, VCG and TCG’s from all the vessels and update in ship’s editor.
? To obtain tonnage from vessel. Keep close liaison with Vessel at all time. Obtain import Dnh and reefers lists from vessel.
