I have master of science in managerial accounting with more than 10 years experience in international experience in Dubai and Denmark. During this time , i worked 5 year in international shipping company in Dubai.

I know strong conceptual clarity of IMOS, maritime chartering, operations, financials & trading Software.

  I worked as a vessel accountant and controller in the holding company with two intercompany.
  I was member of a team of 4 staff and reporting to chief accountant. I was mainly focused on supporting staff to handle day-to-day accounting transactions.
  Responsibilities:
   Closing monthly report and reconciliation such as prepayments, insurance, accruals, freight, bunker, port cost (PDA), inspection cost and time charter in /out, claim receivable and fixed asset in dry dock.
   Maintained daily all operation expenses (OPEX)

   Provided expert advice on OPEX budgets estimation, costs optimization and digitalization of vessel management.
   Implemented new system.
   Maintained interim and year-end Audit
   Test document in new system
   Verification and payment of own vessel insurance.
   Closing of voyage – TC payment – Laytime calculation
   Reconciled and controlled hire and bunker accounts.
   Supplied cash to the vessel (CTM) Verify and payment of Crew Wages (Allotments)
   Registration invoices received from suppliers and payment of invoices.
   Controlled and book-keeping of vessel expenses.
   Maintained daily bookkeeping and vendors account.
