I take great pride in the vessels appearance; not only the exterior and living spaces, but also the engine room, hidden compartments (unseen areas by guests) and bilges. I am a “hands on” captain, meaning that I like doing a lot of the work myself, partly because I know how I want it done and secondly to help keep costs down. I work well with others, in a lead roll and in a supportive roll. I will never ask a crew member to do something that I am not prepared to do myself. I like to think of myself as an easy going, personable and an approachable person that takes the considerations of guest and crew very seriously and will accommodate to the best of my ability while operating the vessel in a safe and professional manner.
