Objective

Run a supply, passenger or utility vessel in the Gulf of Mexico or ICW

Experience

After finishing HS went at sea 1967 (15 years old) for The Great Lakes, Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea

Volunteered to Swedish Air Force for Air Pilot training 1973. Air Pilot license expired 1989.

Made some military duty for UN as a transport CO in Middle East

Started my own marine business 1986 (Stockholm, Sweden) with a boat testing the newly invented ENC, transponder, and GPS at Baltic Sea and North Sea. Educated all level of people in navigation, paper and electronic (ECDIS/ENC, radar, transponder and Marine radio. Also ran classes in care taking of vessels (up to mega yacht) including gasoline and diesel engines in my school buildings.

Because of my background including truck driving (heavy size), vessels up to 6000 tons and airplane I was one of the first to give classes in the ADR/RID/IMDG (International hazmat) including certification of captains and truck drivers for many years.

After marriage with an Alabama lady I moved to USA 2002 and continued my ECDIS and transponder testing/selling.

My marine part was bought up by Jefferson Marine (BOEING) and I ran OTR for CR England (after passed England truck driver school!)for 1 year.

Passed some classes and got my USCG 100 tons Master, MROP, CPR, Assistance towing during the time I helped some people restoring/servicing their boats.
