Responsible for the development of a pioneering effort to establish U.S. investments in harvesting the fishing resources of Nicaragua. Worked closely with the Agency for International Development (A.I.D.) and the U.S. Departments of State and Commerce. Directed the building of a fish processing plant and the refurbishing two others. Also directed the refit of a fleet of eleven fishing vessels. Project was closed due to political instability.

I am a licensed professional USCG Captain with over thirty years experience on power and sailing vessels operating in the waters of the Caribbean Basin, coastal U.S. and both coasts of Central America. I have successfully operated charter, private, and commercial vessels all over the U.S. and the West Indies. I am proficient in all the aspects of yacht management, maintenance and operation. What makes me a little different from most Captains is that my background also includes work in the corporate arena in very challenging industries. I am used to problem solving, multitasking and dealing with diverse and demanding clientele. I am computer literate and an excellent communicator both verbally and written. I am adept at applying myself to a wide variety of responsibilities a getting the job done... on time… on budget.
