Experience


Four years of aviation boatswains mate aircraft handling experience on Tomcats, Hornets, Prowlers, Hawkeye’s, and T-45’s, and Helicopters. Proficient in providing service to aircrafts during launch, recovery, re spot, and maintenance evolutions. Rescue victims from burning buildings and accident sites. Drive and operate fire fighting vehicles and equipment. Take action to contain hazardous chemicals that might catch fire, leak, or spill. Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles, aircrafts, or watercraft. Respond to fire alarms and other calls for assistance, such as automobile and industrial accidents

Skils


• Operates and maintains flight deck handling equipment

• Tasked with the safe and efficient securing of aircraft on the flight deck

• Assist with the supervision of the Island rehab crew of 35 personnel, tasked with the painting and corrosion control of over 6,000 square feet of Island structure

• Responsible for the direct transportation and delivery for the corrosion control of 56 net frames working directly with LIVAC
