Primary duties as a Machinery Technician were to manage operational procedures as a Team Leader for a team of up to six subordinates. Also responsible for Quality Control/Assurance, direct supervisory control over immediate maintenance job orders, supervisory control over Unit Drug and Alcohol Awareness Program, supervisory control over Unit Health and Wellness Program, Heavy Equipment Operator, Marine Construction Supervisor, Unit Rescue Swimmer, and law enforcement/ armed security experience. Unit Property Book NCO directly responsible for a quarter million dollars of rolling stock, special/common Maintenance tools and gauge calibration equipment.
