• Recruited in 2006 to create high level training curriculum for US Naval High Speed Vessel Operations and initiate the eLearning and simulation portion of the multimillion dollar program.
• Successfully negotiated contracts, inspections, validations and constant upkeep of $900,000 simulator.
• Instructed numerous high ranking United States Naval Officers, including Commanding Officers, on how to professionally drive, handle and strategically maneuver high speed jet driven LCS combat vessels in very difficult scenarios.
• Principle instructor for Electronic Chart, Voyage Management and ECDIS as well as waterjet propulsion and engineering.
• Spearheaded changes used in inspections, validation and installation of new $460,000 simulator.
