EMPLOYMENT

10/09 - Present Weeks Marine Inc.

Master/Captain towing barges and dredge equipment to project sites. experienced hydraulic & bucket dredge tending



6/00 – 5/09 w/break/-- Master, McAllister Towing & Transportation

Captain of various twin screw kort nozzle,flanking rudder 4200 HP ocean tugs. Work includes ship assist, oil barges, and container barges. Areas of operation include NE US, NY/NJ, & Mid Atlantic.



5/99 – 3/00 Mates, Morania Oil Tanker

Mate of the Tug Morania #4, a 4200 HP ocean tug with 70,000bbls jumbo oil barge. Areas of operation included NE US, NY/NJ, Mid-Atlantic, & Gulf of Mexico.



12/92 – 3/99 Master, Moran Towing & Transportation

Captain of the Tug Esther Moran a 6300 HP ocean tug. Work mainly included a jumbo dry bulk barge. Other work included ship rescues, ship tows, military ship tows, and oil barge work. Areas of operation included NE US, Mid-Atlantic, Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean, Panama Canal, Central and South America.



10/91 – 12/92 Mate & Master, Moran Towing of Virginia

Mate to Captain docking ships in harbor, commercial and naval work. Captain on Tug Alice Moran a 5000 HP ocean tug with a jumbo dry bulk barge. Areas of operation included NE US and Mid-Atlantic.



7/90 – 10/91 Mate, Allied Towing

Mate aboard Tug Sea Robin a 4000 HP ocean tug with 100,000bbls jumbo oil barge. Mate aboard Tug Osprey a 4000 HP ocean tug with a jumbo dry bulk barge. Areas of operation included NE US, NY/NJ, Mid-Atlantic, and Gulf of Mexico.



1981 – 1990 Master, Lone Star Industries

Captain aboard Tug Aries a 2000 HP tug working 12 barge raft tows in river. Areas of operation included Norfolk harbor, James River and Richmond, VA.



1979 – 1981 Mate & Deckhand, Allied Towing

Deckhand to Mate aboard Tug Tester a 4000 HP ocean tugs with jumbo asphalt barge. Area of operation was the Gulf of Mexico.



1975 – 1979 Deckhand, Chesapeake Corporation

Deckhand and cook aboard Tug Ellis O with various deck and hopper barges. Area of operation included Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.
