Experience
• Extensive transportation education and broad range experience in maritime and inland shipping industry:
• Cooperation with representatives of port management, custom office, coast guard, ship’s agencies, ship’s captain and officers,
• Coordination of towing, mooring, loading, unloading operations in time efficient manner,
• Familiar with marine transportation process and documentation, preparing bill of lading, statement of act and billing statements for services rendered in port,
• Familiar with water rescue operation, enforcing safety on water and providing basic services and help for motor vessels in needs and providing all necessary help for ship’s crew members
• Dispatching and preparing samples of loads for cargo testifying companies,
• Maneuvering the ship, deck duties, mooring, maintenance of vessel,
• Basic machine room operation, service and inspections.
• Total of 267 days as a ship crew member.
• Proven record of efficient management and training skills
• Over 5 years experience as a team leader,
• Coordination and supervision of 3-4 people,
• Achieving highest quality score and customer satisfaction rate in company (4.8 out of 5) what further reduced warranty services by 15%.
• Valuable negotiation, sales and customer service experience
• Identifying specific needs and finding solution to meet customer expectations,
• Preparing estimates and sales presentations for customers with bilingual advantage (English and Polish).
