+ Chief Administrator (Principal): Led a small private school and directly oversaw a staff of 17 and an annualbudget of $340,000. Functioned as chief administrator, hiring manager, teacher trainer and supervisor. Asked to strengthen destabilized organization. Spearheaded cost saving measures, designed and administered needed in-service training for employees, provided full-time supervision and oversight which was new for this school, and raised performance standards.
