I am a recent graduate of SUNY Maritime and I hold a Third Mate unlimited license. I am looking for any level of work in the Deck Department to get some experience under my belt.

Point Breeze Volunteer Fire Department - Firefighter

o Attend regular meetings/trainings and respond to Fire Emergencies.
o After Hurricane Sandy I was appointed by my Chief to be the Station Master; Where I was put in charge of the organization and distribution of supplies that were dropped off at our Fire Department. Later on this expanded into organizing our housing situation in both our Firehouse and our Supply house where countless waves of volunteers stayed.
o Under my Fire Department I worked hand in hand with Operation Breezy Gut and Pump, and other volunteer organizations.
