Objective
To serve in the marine engineering industry as a third assitant engineer, sustaining a safe and productive environment in order to increase company revenue.
Experience
I have worked as a cadet for two months for a summer job for McAllister Tugboats. I did routine rounds of the engine room, and helped whenever the chief or assistant engineer needed a hand, and during repairs.
Education
I graduated this past spring from Maine Maritime Academy with a bachelors degree in Marine Engineering Operations.
Certification
USCG Third Assistant Engineer unlimited horsepower: Diesel, Gas Turbine, and Steam. Also, EPA Refrigeration Certification: Unlimited. Lifeboatman, and Vessel Security Officer.
Skils
I took machine tools classes for two semesters, and a semester of welding.
I was a ship enigine rate on the Training Ship State of Maine.
