Control Room Operator:
• Responsible for a Power Block Facility’s overall crew operations
• Monitor the status of all plant systems
• Execute plant shut-down and start-up procedures and assure the Plant meets its generating requirements
• ASME QRO certification
• First Aid Quick Response Team
Auxiliary Operator
• Operate and maintain boiler, turbine and air pollution control equipment
• Certified in fork lift, municipal waste training and environmental representative, Safety Impact Award
Life Support/Facilities Engineer:
Operate and maintain facility including pumps, generators,
and aquarium tanks
Train personnel in operations and maintenance
Education
Four year degree in Marine Engineering from the California Maritime Academy
Certification
Third Assistant Engineering License
QRO Provisonal License through ASME
