Experience
Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, R/V Oceanus and R/V Knorr. ^une 2009 to April 2010. Third Assistant Engineer and Junior Engineer standing Eight hour watches independantly. Responsible for operations and maintenance of main engines, generators, hydraulic and electrical systems, purifiers, and evaporators. Overseer of installations of a centrifugal bilge water seperator and evaporator throughout a two month shipyard period
Great Lakes Dredge and Dock- Cadet shipping experience.
Education
B.S. Marine Engineering. Maine Maritime Academy Class of 2009.
Certification
USCG Licensed Third Assistant Engineer Unlimited. Steam Motor and Gas turbine vessels.
Certified Fire Fighter 2 (Maine)
Certified EMT
Skils
EMD and CAT experience, evaporator maintenance, crane hydraulic system troubleshooting and repair.
