Responsible for initial walk-thru inspection,docu-
menting discrepencies,distribution of problems to the
various trades/area managers for resolution,initial
lite off of machinery/equipment,meet test procedure
parameters,call out demonstration to customer and the
signing off on new machinery/equipment,in the New Con
sruction of MSC/US Naval Ships.Interaction with ABS,
U.S.C.G.,NAVSEA,SUPSHIP,Customers on a daily basis.

reinstallation of all large main propulsion equip-
ment and machinery on board U.S.Naval Ships,ie,
rudders,propellors,line shaft bearings,rudder stocks
bearings and upper housings on LHA/LHD/CG/FF/AOE/DDG
ships.
*lead repair teams in the CG Smartship conversion
on board(valley forge,mobile bay,antitam and the
bunker hill at GD Nassco,San Diego.
*lead overhaul of NOAA Ship Melville in the removal
overhaul and reinstallation of it's sternthruster.
*Performed emergency removal of several sonar domes
and bow thrusters on U.S.Naval Ships in San Diego.
