Join a set up on top management level for business development / setting up new shipping management office / technical support & logistics / communication with flag & class for fleet vessel relateed matters and office ISM ,DOC, ISO audits / Fleet vessel operation manuals & office procedures reveiews & amendments as required. Handling fleet ships day to day matters in regard of budgetting, technical issues, commercial matters, crew matters and communicatiomn with owners on any management issues.
Experience
Worked with Wallem Shipmangement, Bernahrd Shulte Shipmanagement - India, EastWind Shipmangement - Singapore and Lilly Maritime Pvt. Ltd in various positions as Technical Superintendent, technical manager and general managger. For two years experienced in conversions at China in various shipyards and experience in new building at Korean Hundai shipyard for two years.
Education
B.tech ( Marine) from DMET ( directorate of marine engineering Training) Calcutta. Batch 1984-1988
Certification
Class I ( Motor) from MMD India.

Technical very much sound, good communication and mangementt skill, Experience in Shipbuilding and conversions of vessels. Carry out pre-purchase inspections and prepared reports for many owners, Internal audits on board and in office in loieiu of preparation of external audits for DOC / ISM / ISPS / ISO 9000 and 1400 series.
Sailed with Wallem Shipmanage,ment/ OSM / Tanker Pacific / OMCI on product / crude / chemical tankers.
On management level handled oil tankers / Chemicalas tankers / Bulk carriers / Container vessels / dredger vessels / Bunker barges.
