Structural maintenance and inspection in accordance with classification & company procedures etc.

Broad based experience with the operation and maintenance vessels Alstom Integrated Control and DP Systems. Dry-dock project preparation and management experience including extensive engine / tail shaft repair and re-alignment. Tunnel thruster overhaul etc in conjunction with class society.

Recommissioning of the vessel after 18 month lay up, to include modifications to latest Solas requirements, re-commissioning of all main and auxiliary machinery and systems, Main propulsion engines, power generation, thrusters etc and re-establishing vessel in class, safety management system, planned maintenance system and passenger safety certification prior to entering service with P&O Stena.
