Systems Integration Analyst

• Assigned to support PEO C4I PMW150 Tactical Command & Control Division as an Installation/Modernization Representative managing the fielding and installation of Tactical Command & Control systems.

• Managed the PPBE process for installation and fielding of Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), Link Monitoring and Manangement Tool (LMMT), Model 5 Next Generation Command and Control Processor, Multi Functional Information Distribution System On Ship (MIDS) and Joint Tactical Information Distribution System (JTIDS).

• Managed SPIDER data repository including FRCB submittal and work-flow for PMW 150 TAC C2 installations.

• Extensive knowledge of Navy, DoD organizations, Ship/Shore (FRCB/SIPH) Modernization process.

• Provided input to LCCB, PEO IWS eCCBs, AMPS, NDE, SPIDER-CAPS, NTIRA, etc.

• Managed fielding plans and associated C5IMP milestones across FYDP. Developed MS Access database to assist in management of funding requirements to support installations.

Systems Analyst

• Assigned to support the Program Executive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) on the Aegis Modernization Team (San Diego) as a Combat Systems Installation Engineer during shipyard and pier-side Surface Combatant Modernization and Availability advance planning, execution, and post-execution efforts.

• Managed installation design change documentation

• Served as liaison between shipbuilder and program office(s) to resolve design/installation discrepancies

• Assisted in the development/maintenance of a CNO availability work package

• Responsible to track SHIPMAIN, RMMCO, CDMD-OA, NAVSEA specifications, shipbuilding specifications, 9090.310, JFMM, Trial Cards and Post Repair Trial Cards to closure; reviewing LARS/RLARS/QDRs from previous installations and assisting in incorporating those "lessons learned" into follow-on work packages, reviewing installation control drawings; participating in daily planning meetings; reporting of Combat Systems installation/testing status; performing ship checks; and development of statements of work and associated route sheets for DDG New Construction availabilities.



Electronics Technician

• Assigned to Identification Systems Department, Air Traffic Control Processing and Display branch of Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division 4.5.9.2.

• Supervised and performed numerous on-site Fleet support and training visits during casualty reports, scheduled reviews and assessments, certifications, inspections, technical assists, training evolutions and installations

• Coordinated, assembled, installed and delivered systems to the US Navy

• Developed and performed pre/post-installation checkout procedures and/or operational performance testing procedures on newly installed equipment on board US Naval ships. Assisted in the review and development of Quality Control Inspection Procedures (QCIP), Work Instructions, Ship Alterations, ECPs, and Field Changes, ILS summaries and CDMD-OA deliverables. Developed and maintained Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) and maintenance requirements as a certified Reliability Centered Maintenance Level 2 developer.
