Systems Administrator / Technical Clerk

Objective


Having worked offshore in an admin role for the past 7 years I would ideally like to work in the offshore sector once more in a maintenance co-ordinator / technical clerk role.

22 years secretarial/administration experience within various disciplines both on and offshore.



RELEVANT QUALIFICATIONS

In possession of current Offshore Survival, Medical and Passport

Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Synergi, Livelink, Lotus Notes, STOP, Vantage, TimeWeb, Voyager Travel System.

4‘O’ Grades – Aberdeen Grammar School – English, Arithmetic, History, Art



KEY SKILLS & ABILITIES

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office with the ability to learn quickly any new system/program

Ability to work to high standards and deadlines without supervision, and to prioritise and plan work in a busy environment

Experience of delivering training to new employees

Effective communication at all levels within an organisation

Flexible regarding working hours and willing to undertake any relevant training



WORK EXPERIENCE



December 2006 – Present – Systems Administrator – Brae Field

Petrofac Facilities Management, Bridge View, 1 North Esplanade West, Aberdeen

This position is part of the Planning Department and includes, but is not limited to provision of SAP technical support, administrative and clerical duties -

Updating maintenance history into SAP and processing associated documentation; Planned Monthly Requisitions, raising Reactive Work Orders and associated Notifications, Deferments, Concessions, Materials Requests

Producing reports as required for measuring maintenance performance

Undertaking administrative duties for Platform Supervision; ie travel authorisations, holiday requests and training schedules

Maintaining and updating Technical Library

Providing sickness and holiday cover for the Platform Scheduler



August – December 2006 – Administrator – Brent Field

Wood Group Engineering North Sea Ltd, Aberdeen

Administration and Timekeeping service to the Engineering Department, mainly located on Brent Bravo.



2004 - 2006 – Operations Administrator - Scott Platform

PSN, Wellheads Place, Aberdeen

Secretarial and administration service to the OIM, Drilling, Production and Maintenance Supervisors, which included, but was not limited to, the following -

Processed all Accident/Incident Reports – maintenance of Synergi (and latterly Lotus) database

Booking of travel and training and updating training database

Safety Meeting Minutes

Maintenance of on-board information television channel

Timesheet input to TimeWeb

Induction of new starts to the platform



2002 – 2004 – Stewardess/Operations Administrator – Scott Platform & AH001

Aramark, Palmerston Road, Aberdeen

Provided Heli-Admin and administration cover (as above), and maintained the Bond, which included ordering and receiving stock.
