-Planning and budgeting

Achievements
• Put in place a synchronised system of purchase orders in relation to all requests for effective control.
• Realised a 40% reduction in the company expenditure for lodging of staff and clients via negotiations for special accommodation rates with hotels and caterers.
• Instituted a centralised system of monitoring vehicles that greatly reduced and quality time lost, consumption of fuel and subsequently expenditure on the latter, and increased productivity for the fleet.
