Ship Repair Superintendent/Test & Trials
Bender Shipbuilding & Repair, Mobile, AL (01/09 to 07/09 due to layoff)
•In charge of production activities, trades and material distribution to work stations for ship repair achieving contractual deadlines.
•Refit conversion of a liquid carrier to on-station FPSO with a DP–2 System, fitted with a dual encased bow thruster system, keel coolers, and bow gas flare.
•Managed 4 steel foremen and 1 pipe foreman.
Outfit/Test & Trials Production Superintendent (New Construction)
Tampa Bay Shipbuilding (owned by Bender Ship), Tampa, FL (10/07-01/09)
•In charge of production activities, trades and material distribution to work stations for new barge and tug construction achieving contractual deadlines.
•Incorporated strategy for on-time completion of specific tasks.
•Managed 2 steel foremen, 3 electrical foremen, 1 pipe foreman, and 1 outfitting foreman.
Project Supervisor
Bhate Geosciences, Birmingham, AL (07/06-10/07)
•Inspect walls, slabs, and floors to locate rebar, PVC, metal, voids, core drilling sampling using ground penetrating radar (StructureScan - SIR 3000 & SIR 20), forensic application for structural evaluation and compliance and mapping for utility scan for the last year.

Production and Manufacturing Subsea Engineering
Tronic Subsea Connectors, Ulverston, England (2002-2005)
•Built, installed, and maintained subsea connectors working on a $22mil offshore well head project for global markets. Maintained Q.A. of the product to the highest standards.
•Tested subsea connectors via hydrostatic pressure testing up to 30,000 psi and electrically testing with a DC mega 4,500 I.R. D.C. and A.C. Test to 4.5kV acceptance to pin tests Environmental Stress Screening. Liaison responsible for ensuring smooth transfer of work between the Drawing Office and the Project Office.
•?Noise and vibration testing on subsea harnesses 350 mtr for ROV applications (environmental stress screening), helium testing, and digital pressure graph.
•?Skilled on Q Pulse ISO 9000/2000 Management Software.

•?Superintendent of an $800mil project for the mechanical and weapons systems of the Royal Navy Trafalgar Class and S.S.B.N. submarines and surface ships for the Ministry of Defense, including hydraulics, pneumatics, firing systems, fabrication of large modules, system modules ballast/pressure tanks, mechanical inspection, ship re-fits in floating docks and ship lifts. Held a high-level security clearance. Submarine countermeasure, installation & commissioning.
•Supervised and managed 30 employees in plant operations and weekly maintenance for pipe systems and assemblies fitted to Ministry of Defense standards.
•?Integrated new systems and updated improvements to schematic and blue print approval.
