• Fourteen years as Marine Engineer on board ships presently working as a Superintendent
• Engineer trainee in various departments of Shipyard – Drydock, Building Dock, Design, Workshop etc.
• One year experience as Superintendent- handling Handymax and Panamax vessels trading wordwide
• One year experience as Marine Engineer Apprentice at Cochin Shipyard Ltd., Cochin, July 1991-June 1992
• One year experience as Mechanical Engineer worked for smooth running of bricks/MCB making refractory

Skils
• Superintendent- handling Handymax and Panamax vessels trading wordwide, two dry docking experience including dry-docking and repair services to offshore supply vessels, responsible for maintenance of cargo vessels, budgeting, arranging space, personnel and project machineries, working with insurance people for final execution of the project
• Head of the Engineering department (Chief Engineer) – responsible for smooth running & upkeep of all shipboard machinery & ensuring no downtime.
• Operation & Maintenance of - Diesel Engines - HFO & DO based (Sulzer, B&W, M.A.N, Warstila, Yanmar, Diahatsu), Refrigeration plant & HVAC system, Electro-Hydraulic Deck Cranes, Hydraulic machinery, Boilers, Compressors, Pumps, Sewage Treatment Plant, Water Desalination Plant & other marine machinery, maintaining inventory
• Implement Computer based Planned Maintenance System & undertake breakdown maintenance as required.
• Spares inventory control, responsible for safety & pollution prevention on board.
• Liaison with Technical Manager ashore & Classification Society surveyors for arranging statutory machinery surveys & Dry dock inspections.
• Mechanical Engineer managing Magnesia Carbon Bricks (MCB)/Basic bricks making refractories
