• Oversaw 15 employees and upwards of 150 students and maintained a productive and safe learning environment both on land and water
• Recruited, reviewed all incoming resumes, conducted interviews, and negotiated salaries with prospective employees
• Conducted daily staff meetings providing direction for the day, promptly dealing with issues, and coordinating offsite activities
• Worked with the BYC office staff to ensure members are invoiced in an accurate and timely fashion
