Present or Most Recent Employer: Around two Years of extensive working experience as a warehouse In-Charge in JASMI’S CORPORATON, Kingdome of Bahrain, one of the highly reputed and prestigious fast food restaurants.

Date of employment: 6th May, 2009 to till date.

Duties & Responsibilities: • Ensuring that all receipts of materials have been properly checked in terms of quantity and specification, details entered in receipt register and updating the computer system within the same day.

• Ensuring that all the materials in warehouse have been stored properly as per rack plan & bin location, and as per the FIFO inventory policy at all times.

• Ensuring that shortages flash reports for all sections is being issued on a regular basis & to advise the necessary department.

• Ensuring that all the materials are always available in the stores & keep a follow-up with purchase and production for any out-of stock items.

• Ensuring that all the delivery vehicles, trolley and materials handling equipment are being properly used, maintained and kept clean at all times.

• Ensuring that the implementation of perpetual physical inventory verification system for all the categories in such a way that all the items are covered every 3 months.

• Ensure that the materials movement in stores will always have the proper document.

• Regularly review the inventory status and movements in Fidelio system and ensure that these are reflecting the correct status. In case of any observation, clarify with Management or the concerned person, submit finding to the management.

• Preparing the variance statements comparing actual stock with physical stock where necessary. Find out reasons for variations and submit report to Management, & measures to be taken for corrective action.

• To coordinate & communicate with other departments to obtain and provide the necessary information for smooth functioning of the warehouse and related department.

• To do performance appraisal of the warehouse staff at the required frequency and submit with recommendations to the management.

• To implement strict discipline in the warehouse and issue warning letters to those staffs where & when required.

• To bring improvement in the working and storage of Warehouse materials moment & handling and reduce total cost of operations etc. etc.
