Experience
I have been employed by Sodexo Remote Sites as a steward, nightcook, baker, and all galley positions. From 2007-2011.I also have been employed by Eurest Support Services from1996-2003 as a steward and night cook. For both employers i was responible for crews up to 12 crew members.

GED in 2004
Certification
Current TWIC card BP6IN1 Huet water survial. All certifactions current that are needed for offshore.
Skils
Ability to safely work all machines, cutters, slicers, grinders, ovens ,smokers,etc. in kitchen and galley areas. Patience and knowledge of supervising a crew safely and effiecently.
I enjoy working offshore. It very rewarding and pleasurable to make a crew to feel at home in a safe and clean environment. Its rewarding to hear complaiments on home cooked/gourmet type cooking. I worked with Mr. Larry Salter on Enco 67 for 2 yrs as night cook/steward and enjoyed working with Enco and the crew. I was employed with ESS at that time.
