COMPANY/JOB DESCRIPTION
As a 2nd/cook I do the menu preparation and cooking, make the monthly stock inventory, requisitioning, proper rotation and storage of stores. I am also in-charge of the hygiene and sanitation of the galley, refrigeration and dry stores. I have experience working with different nationalities like British, German, Croatian, Polish, Russian, Estonians, Indians, Thais and our very own Pilipino who are from different parts of our island. I am hardworking and easy to work with,I can work under pressure and minimum supervision and eager to learn and accept new suggestions for my menu.
