  • Protect the integrity of vessel calls, pro-forma, sailing schedules, berth allocation and other deterrents that could pose a direct interruption to the rotation of vessels calling respectable port.

  • Work closely with the port authority/terminal operator to develop steady level of service and productivity.

  • Honor contractual agreements and dispute billing differences on behalf of the ocean carrier.
