I am a seasoned and experienced Sr. Project Manager with more than 12 Years of Process Engineering experience and over 29 Years of Construction Industry experience.
I have been a successful Project Manager for over 17 Years.
Specifically, I have managed and completed construction projects, including Semiconductor Facilities, Office Building Campuses, Laboratories, and Solar Manufacturing Facilities including Alternative Energy generating facilities.
These Projects have required Proposal development through Programming, Design development, Construction management, Subcontractor selection, Completion Auditing, Project close-out, and Commissioning management activities.
Additionally, these Projects required strict Schedule adherance, Budget control, and regular Client progress reporting, including Regulatory agency and Authority Having Jurisdition (AHJ) Interface.

I have over 29 Years of Construction multi-disciplined management experience, with over nine (9) Years gained in the Nuclear (PWR and BWR), Coal Fired Power, and the Solar Power (Renewable Energy) Industry.
My last assignment involved Program management of construction logistic for installation of nine (9) Solar Arrays for the Denver International Airport (DIA), generating 2 Megawatt of Power, under a PPA contract, to be sold back to the existing Colorado Power Grid, managed by Xcel Energy Group.
Specifically, I am a successful Sr. Project Manager, with over 17 Years direct and detailed experience.
During my career I have successfully completed both complex and schedule driven construction projects, costing more than $800 Million dollars, USD and located around the world.
I have been directly responsible for successful Project Proposal through Construction Completion & Closeout, including Cost, and Schedule control of individual Projects costing more than $56 Million Dollars, USD.

5) Provide management consistency and direction to the Project while adequately and professionally relaying the Client's wishes formally to the Construction team.
The Project Manager is the Project Facilitator helping the owner & project team to be successful.
Finally, I have received certified OSHA Safety Instructor training and have been directly responsible for directing and managing an entire Construction Safety program.
