Scope of the project : Quay wall, Soil improvement, Piling, Foundation works,

Structural works, crest wall etc.

Key responsibilities:-



? Back to back to back rotation leave replacement for HSE Manager.

? Focal point / Coordinator for Offshore & onshore HSE team.

? Allocate and manage offshore & onshore HSE officers at different locations.

? Implementation of Marine/Off shore HSE management system/plan.

? Focal point for onsite HSE & management personnel.

[Marine Base/Ship repair Yard]



This department acts as a Marine Base for the maintenance and supply of marine vessels to the various sites in the GCC. Company owns and hires tugs, spud barges, flat top barges, dipper dredgers and speedboats for all the marine constructions of the company across GCC.



Responsibilities include:-



? Implementation of Company Safety management systems and marine safety procedures.

? Documentation and implementation of ISO/IMS procedures for HSE department.

? Issuance and control of permit to work systems.

? Develop safe systems of work and assessment of risk.

? Review and implement job safety analysis.

? Conduct routine Safety inspection on all company owned and hired floating equipment stationed for different shore and off shore works.

? Follow up on the implementation of IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL , STCW, PSC and local safety regulations.

? Ensure all vessels are maintaining compliance with company and international regulations, all fire fighting and life saving equipment are at well maintained working condition.

? Follow up on the implementation of ISPS code for port facility, company and ship security.

? Provides necessary advice and assistance to reduce accidents and potential losses.

? Reporting and investigating all incidents and accidents.

? Update marine safety manual and port facility security plan.

? Conduct marine HSE induction and special HSE training for employees.
