o Worked for Cidade de Goa, Vaingunim Beach Goa, as a Commie 1. (2003 – 2004)

o Worked at Hotel Mandovi, Panjim Goa, as a Demi Chef de Partie. (2002 – 2003)

o Done Industrial Release Training from Leela Palace, Mobor Goa. (2000 – 2001)


Education


EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

o Passed 10th standard from The Progress High School, Panjim Goa. (1996-1997)

o Passed 10+2 in commerce section from Don Bosco Higher Secondary School, Panjim Goa. (1998-1999)


Certification


TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:

o Pass 3years diploma in hotel management and catering technology from National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, New Delhi. (1999-2002)

o Successfully completed course in Principle in Computer Application. (2002)


Skils


To assist the Chef in directing the activities of all food preparation and meal services aboard ship, ensuring consistency, quality, cost effectiveness, and the highest level of sanitation are maintained. These to be in keeping with company standards.
