1. 1. OSM Ship management Singapore (2009 January - Till Date). Position held - Site Manager . Site Incharge of 2 nos 120 T BP AHTS Which has been constructed in Mawei shipyard China . Client - TH Technologies Malaysia.

Site Incharge for 4 in Nos 60 M AHTS for bovey offshore , currently under construction in China .

Achievement: Thorough knowledge of the working environment and capability to extract the best from the team by working with them helps me in achieving the target of delivery quality vessels to our clients as well as enjoy a healthy relationship with both client and the shipyard.



2. P T Batamec Shipyard (OTTO Marine Singapore) Batam , Indonesia(2007 Jan – 2008Dec)



Designation: Project Manager



Reporting to: GM



Job Responsibilities



? Project In charge of four 120 T BP AHSV

? Successfully delivered two Anchor Handlers (120 T BP ) Vessels Petra traveler and Petra Adventurer .with max speed 15knots and average bollard pull 147 T

? Responsible in completing the project in cost effective ways and without serious delays

? Preparing Project plans conducting weekly meetings with the production departments and coordinating day to day activities concerning the project.

? Preparing protocols for the commissioning of the systems and protocol for sea trial and bollard pull for the vessels

? Coordinating with vendors, consultants and class for the successful completion of the project in time and assisting in closing the class comments by providing necessary data’s.

? Conducted the sea trails for two 120 T Anchor handling vessel DPS 2 class with ACCU requirement

? Prepared commissioning protocols and schedule for commissioning off all the systems

? Prepare the delivery protocol for the ships delivered

? Prepared NDT planes and ITP for all the production departments and accepted by the owners.



3. African Marine And General Engineering, Mombasa, Kenya (2005 Nov-2006Dec)



Designation: Deputy Commercial Manager



Reporting to: CEO



Job Responsibilities



? Performing Ceremonial and symbolic duties like greeting customers, signing quotations and invoices for the kind perusal of the CEO

? Constant follow up with prospects/existing clients and addressing there issues.

? Maintain information link with different departments in the Organization

? Preparing material estimates and bill of materials, production drawings and foundation for minor deck structures and machinery, solving in-site production problems

? Prepared the design for the new projects like pontoons and barges and helped in coordinating with the team for implementing the design

? Prepared different conversion drawings for different vessels, made bow thruster installation and arrangement drawings for 120m tanker

? Organizing contract meetings with the Deputy works manager to review the requirement of the specification.

? Raising invoices after the successful completion of each jobs

? Project Manager for the new construction of barges, pontoons and ferries for Tanzania Harbor Authority

? Coordinating with owners and class representatives for the smooth functioning of the job



4. A B G Shipyard Surat, Gujarat India (From 2003 September – 2005 November)

Reporting to: General Manager (production)

Job Responsibilities

? Review of bought-out design from external designers

? Project co-ordination for specific projects involving preparation of project plans, preparation of bill of materials, placing purchase orders and interacting with sub- contractors, co-ordination with external agencies, classification societies, statutory authorities and owners

? Preparation of material estimates and technical specification for tenders



? Preparing material estimates and bill of materials, production drawings and foundation for minor deck structures and machinery, solving in-site production problems



? Prepared drawings like load line plan manhole arrangement details disposition of bollards etc for an 83.5m diving support vessel.



? Conducted the inclining experiments for a well head maintenance vessel and 83.5m dynamic positioning diving support vessel

B-tech in Naval architecture and shipbuilding for Cochin University of Science and technology - Cochin, Kerala , India

Currently doing diploma in Marine engineering surveying .

Diploma in Marine engineering survey from IIMES - UK
