Shore-side Tankerman (PIC)

Transferred literally tens of millions of barrels of petroleum cargo with no mistakes. No drop spilled, always safe, paperwork correct.

Demonstrated an ability to multi-task without dividing attention, to be detail orientated while preserving the larger picture, to think clearly and quickly on my feet, to be fast and efficient without compromising necessary steps, and to work well under pressure.

Established a reputation as one of the premier transfer specialists from southern California to the Canadian coast while earning the respect and friendship of co-workers, managers, and customer representatives.

Oil recovery technician

Worked on tug escorting Exxon floating command center serving as on-site headquarters to co-ordinate response.

Served aboard scientific research station collecting and cleaning dead kelp to re-introduce into the ecosystem.

Became learned in the various methods of containment and recovery in the water or on the shore.
