1) ABG Shipyard Limited
i) Position held : Senior Manager (Outfit)
ii) Duration : August 2009 to till date
iii) Work Site: ABG Site office, Dahej.
Responsibilities
1. Looking after hull and accommodation outfitting work of Bulk carries as a departmental head under guidance of VP (Production).
2. Responsibility started from scrutiny of drawings, material estimation, day to day planning based on the main schedule, allocation of job, daily inspection, vendor work order, certification of bills etc.
3. Co-ordination and presentation of owner and class inspection as per the approved plan and classification rules.
4. Selection of in house sub – contractors, vendors for materials supply.
5. Supervision of HVAC and insulation work.

2) Modest Infrastructure Limited, Bhavnagar
i) Position held : Production Manager (Production)
ii) Duration : April 2009 to July 2009
iii) Work Site: MIL, Bhavnagar.
Responsibilities
1. Worked as a Project Manager for Product Carriers.
2. Scrutinised of drawings mainly Hull, Outfitting, HVAC, Structural Fire Protection Plan & Insulation Plan, Partially Piping based on the requirement of Owner Specification and Classification Regulation as well as production convenient.
3. Finalised the realistic Production Schedule based on availability of drawings, materials delivery schedule and in house capability.
4. Coordinated with owner and class to resolve drawing related issues, finding of solution for day to day production related problems rose during inspection.
5. Arranged weekly meeting with owner rep. to find the actual status of the project, resolved critical issues.

3) Bernhard Schulte Ship Management
i) Position held : Owners Representative (Hull & Outfit)
ii) Duration : March 2008 to March 2009
iii) Work Site : BSL Site Office, Ghodbunder, Mumbai
Responsibilities
1. Work as a Production Supervisor (Hull & Hull Outfitting)
2. Scrutinised Drawings based on the requirement of Technical Specification and Classification Regulation.
3. Monitored daily progress based on the Yard submitted Production Schedule.
4. Looked over day to day inspection as per the Shipyard programme.
5. Visited work places in monitored the works.
6. Worked with the Shipyard Project Manager to meet the possible target and to resolve the production related issues.
7. Advised shipyard for best possible solution to meet the requirement of the Technical Specification.
8. Arranged meeting with Shipyard Representatives and Class representative to meet the requirement of Class rules.
9. Prepared monthly progress report for Project Manager.

4) ABG Shipyard Limited
i) Position held : Manager (Hull & Outfit)
ii) Duration : May 2001 to March 2008
iii) Work Site: ABG Site Office, Surat.
Responsibilities
1. Started Carrier as Junior Engineer in Hull and Outfitting Dept. under guidance of Departmental Head and ended carrier as a Manager with in span of 7 & 1/2 years.
2. Planned day to day activities, issued of materials, supervised the work and work progress. 3. Arranged inspected by classification society and owner rep as per the approved drawings.
4. Certification of Bills.
5. Selection of in house contractors and vendor for material supply.
6. Prepared work order of the individual works.
7. Maintained safety requirement.
8. Coordinated to solve the inter department problems.
9. Selection of colleagues.
10. Arranged departmental meeting to meet the target, to find improvement for the departmental drawback.

Delivered more than 15 Vessels, Bollard Pull Tugs, Anchor Handling Vessels, and Supply Vessels. Name of some of the prominent vessels are Multiple Supply Vessels for Lamnalco Group, Anchor Handling Tug for Halul, Bollard Pull Tug for SCI, CCC Pioneer for CCC, Pollution Control Vessel for Indian Coast Guard.
5) Hooghly Dock & Port Engineers Limited
i) Position held : Trainee Engineer (Project, under Project Manager)
ii) Duration : November 1999 to April 2001
iii) Work Site: Hooghly Docks, Kolkata.
Responsibilities
1. Worked as a Graduate Engineer Trainee under the Project Manager for 500 Pass cum 100 T Cargo Vessel and 50T Bollard Pull Tug.

500 Passenger cum 100T Cargo Vessel and 50 T Bollard Pull Tug.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
i) Oversee all fabrication, erection & outfitting activities during the construction of the vessel.
ii) Complete familiarization with the technical specifications and approved drawings.
iii) Assistance with plan approval work for new vessel construction projects and review of structural and outfit drawings.
iv) Inspection of fabrication procedures to assure that adequate standards and acceptable shipbuilding practices are maintained.
v) Monitoring and reporting of block fit up inspection and production progress.
vi) Verification of construction milestones and overall project schedule tracking.
vii) Inspecting the alignment for engine girder, main generator seating, rudder assembly, propulsion shaft, anchor pocket, bow thruster, anchor windlass seating etc.
viii) Performing keel sighting, draft marks, load line marks and principal dimensional check/survey for the vessel.
ix) Inspecting pre-launch and post launch activities.
x) Performing load line survey.
xi) Performing accommodation outfitting works, paneling, insulation, flooring, furniture etc.
xii) Performing air conditioning and ventilation system work.
xiii) Preparing bill of materials for all the outfit items.
xiv) Preparing and issuing work orders to the subcontractors and outfit suppliers.
xv) Assisting project managers during vessels delivery.
xvi) Work as a Project Manager.
