Experience
Responsibilities: Creating vessel stow plans for Ireland, Preparing hazardous manifests/stowage, Manage loading lists, Dealing with import and export departments, Dealing with customers queries, Providing the ship timely with tugs and pilots, Being in charge of loading/unloading process, Organizing sludge oil disposal, provisions, water and other needful resources for vessels, Updating all departments about the vessel's arrival, the progress of loading and auxiliary procedures and other essential circumstances of the vessel's stay in the port as well as the ship's departure and the amount of load on board, Drawing and legalizing documents, Informing the ship-owners and masters of the vessel about port's regulations, rules, schedules etc., Participating in investigations to do with accident, preparing statements and reports connected with accidents, Organizing crew changes, Dealing with Dublin Port, Organizing boatmen’s for the vessels, Reporting to the main director of operations in Rotterdam, Reporting vessels in Safesea Ireland
