Objective
My short term goals are to complete my course in Shipping Practise, to establish and ground myself in life seeking out the best to help me grow into a successful young man . My long term goals are to Study Maritime Law. I believe if your to grow and better yourself change is always required,when things become monotonous its time to move on and to set new goals which will improve your lifestyle and being.
Experience
Orientation Courses at South African Port Operations - Safety, Health and Environment Awareness Course and two weeks practical Multi Purpose Terminal Freight handling. I have supervised cleaning operations at the Port of Durban, Mayden Wharf.
I am currently working as a Technical Support Agent at BizWorks. BizWorks is a SMME company which holds the ISO 27001 standard for Information Security Management System Security which every employee adheres to.
My duties are to provided technical support to broadband fault and first line computer problems and provide excellent customer support to Plusnet, Waitrose, Greenbee (JLP) and Madasafish broadband customers.
