  • BE RESPONSIBLE REGARDING PREPARATION AND UPDATING OF “ THE TERMINAL REGULATIONS AND RULES”.
  • WATCH ON THE STRICT APPLIANCE WITH H.S.E COMPANY REGULATION ON THE JETTY AND BULK PRODUCT STORAGE AREA.
  • ACT AS AOA REPRESENTATIVE TOWARDS HARBOR AUTHORITIES, CUSTOMS DEPARTMENT, ALGERIAN BORDER POLICE AND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
  • CONDUCT VESSEL/ TERMINAL COMPATIBILITY STUDY AND ANNOUNCE VESSEL NOMINATON ACCEPTANCE.
  • PREPARE DAILY, WEEKLY, MONTHLY AND PERFORMANCE REPORT.
  • PREPARE MONTHLY DETAILED ACCOUNTING PRODUCT.
  • INDRODUCE PROVISIONALE AND FINAL COSTUMS DECLARATION OF THE EXPORTED PRODUCT AND FOLLOW COSTUMS CLEARANCE.
  • INSURE DAILY AND CLOSED CONTACT WITH SHIPOWNER/ BUYER/ SHIP MASTER REGARDING NAVIGATION AND COMMERCIAL OPERATION.
  •  BEING A MEMBER OF “WEELY PRODUCTION MEETING”, ANNOUNCE DAILY PRODUCTS NEEDS FOR PRODUCTION DIRECTION AND PROPOSED LAYCANS FOR COMMERCIAL DIRECTION AND FOLLOW ETAs OF THE VESSELS.
  • INTRODUCE BERTHING REQUEST TOWARD HARBOR MASTER AND FOLLOW BERTHING SCHEDULES AND PORT CLOSURE.
  • COOPERATE WITH PRODUCTION/COMMERCIAL DIRECTION REGARDING VESSELS EFFECTIVE SELECTION AND BERTHING TERMS.
  • INSURE AND FOLLOW WITH MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT THE EXECUTION OF THE “MAINTENANCE PLAN” OF PRODUCT HANDLING AND MARINE EQUIPMENTS.
  • PREPARE LTC (LAYTIME CALCULATION) AND FOLLOW SENDING AND RECOVERY OF DEMURRAGE/DESPATCH AMOUNT FEES.
  • APPROVE WORKABLE DOCUMENT INSTRUCTIONS AND APPROVE DRAUGHTS OF SHIPPING DOCUMENTS AND DISPATCH THEM TO ALL CONCERNED.
  • PROPOSE AND NEGOCIATE SHIPPING CONDITIONS IN SALE CONTRACT FOR EXPORT AND LOCAL SALE.
  • COORDINATE WITH SHIPPER AND RECEIVER CARGO SURVEYORS REGARDING HOLDS ACCEPTANCE, DRAFT SURVEYS, LOADING CONDITION LIMITS AND CERTIFICATES DELIVERY.
  • APPROVE B/L CLAUSES, EUR.1, C.O.O & S.O.F DRAUGHTS.
  • APPROVE AND FOLLOW PAYMENT OF PORT & CUSTOMS FEES, SURVEYOR & MARITIME AGENT & THE RENT EQUIPMENTS DUES.
  • MANAGE THE TRANSIT SECTION OF THE EXPORTED PRODUCT& LOCAL SALES & PLANT ACTIVITIES.
  • MANAGE THE LOCAL SALES OF GRANULAR UREA BY TRUCKS.
  • IMPLEMENT AND FOLLOW THE AGREEMENT OF “OPERATEUR ECONOMIC AGREE”.
  • IMPLEMENT AND MANAGE THE CUSTOMS SYSTEM “SIGAD II” FOR DECLARATION OF THE EXPORTED, LOCAL SALES, GAS INTAKE AND AUTO-CONSUMPTION PRODUCT.
  • COORDINATE WITH BUYER REGARDING THE REGISTRATION OF THE PRODUCT IN THE IMPORT COUNTRY.
  • ENSURING THE UPDATES OF WRITINGS ON EXPORT AND LOCAL SALES REGISTERS.
  • FOLLOW THE PERIODICAL QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE INSPECTION OF THE PRODUCT STORED AS WELL AS THE SOLD PRODUCT.
  • NEGOCIATE AND APPROVE THE SHIPPING TERMS OF THE SBLC AND FOLLOW WITH BUYERS THE SENDING OF PAYMENT SWIFT.
