Guide the operational units Freight Forwarding [Air, Sea, Projects and Logistics] and Shipping Agency in all operational areas and ensures operational excellence, high productivity and customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities

• Maintain all shipping operations and administration

• Plan for cargoes [wet/dry] and ship arrival including monitoring [FPSO] offshore support vessels operation and securing a safe berthing space

• Coordinate and monitor movement of vessels liaising with the ship captain, owners and charterers or receivers.

• Coordinate processing of temporary importation permit, cabotage permit or wavier for operation of project vessels in Nigeria

• Establishes guidelines, standards and conduct implementation processes, customs SOP’s reporting frequency, formats and design KPI’s for new accounts in collaboration with the General Manager
