• Competed in RAMSAM International Forces Shooting Competition with the UKLFCSG Shooting Team and contributed to the winning of several awards

• Coached 42 Commando Boxing Team to win the 2006 CTCRM Boxing Championships

• Joined the Royal Navy Boxing Team at HMS Nelson, Portsmouth and successfully became Full Badge Amateur Boxing Coach

• Captained Royal Navy Boxing Team for 9 years, winning the Combined Services Championships 8 times and the ABA Heavyweight Title in 2003

• Successfully completed Arctic Warfare Training in Norway as a GPMG Machine Gunner

CLOSE PROTECTION TEAM 2nd in COMMAND: Olive Group

• Responsible for providing security for Non Government Organisations and International Observers, who were monitoring the August Elections in Kabul, Afghanistan

• Appointed to transport and maintain personal protection of officers throughout their visit



Jun 2009 to Aug 2009

RESIDENTIAL SECURITY OFFICER: Trisec Security Ltd

• Responsible for working as part of Residential Security Team on 7A Eaton Square, London

• Appointed to undertake CCTV monitoring, ensuring safety of the building and alarms set

2003 to 2009

CORPORAL: Royal Marines UKLFCSG

• Deployed on Operation Herrick with 3 Commando Brigade as part of the shooting team

• Conducted aggressive patrolling on the ground as well as Sanger duties

• Acted as Officer In Charge of the Gymnasium over the 6 month deployment period

• Employed as part of the catering department in Lashkar Gah Main Operating Base in Helmand Province, Afghanistan



2000 to 2003

FIELD TRAINING SUPPORT TROOP: Royal Marines, CTCRM

• Responsible for the organisation of teams to provide enemy positions to support the training of new recruits



1997 to 2000

MEMBER OF 42 COMMANDO: Royal Marines

• Responsible for the role a vehicle based GPMG with the 42 Commando able to use the .50 Machine Gun

• Undertook the daily maintenance and cleaning of weapons and weapons drills

• Trained French special forces in drills and the ability to fire live GPMG

• Worked in the gym as second to the PTI carrying out battle fitness tests, lunchtime circuits and boxing training
