- Loading Master (Marine coordinator) rank on Floating Storage Offloading vessel (G.T 192,673 m.t)



1) In charge to load the vessel of incoming crude from underwater pipelines

into vessel's cargo tanks, taking into account vessel stresses, trim, list limitation and turret torsion construction

2) Measurement Oil Cargo shipment in tanks on stander temperature - API ( taking in account sediment, flow water, pour point, viscosity, salt....etc). using table ASTM.

3) Supervise mooring operation for export tankers come alongside or tandem mode.

4) In charge for floating hoses connection / disconnection operation.

1) In charge to inspect all fire fighting equipment, life saving appliances, arrange muster station list for crew & seniors, make tail gate meeting for subordinates before cold / hot work.

2) Inspect / arrange work permits, confined space permit and follow accidents reports and conduct safety meeting .

3) Supervise and inspect the export tanker at the pilot station before mooring operations for her readiness on loading i-e oxygen content in cargo tanks below 8%, also fire fighting equipment, suitable mooring wires, fire lines and safety check list as per terminal regulation and OCIMF rules.

4) Supervise recovery Oil spill…Clean up using Barge, Tug and Helicopter dispersant pod.
