• Superintendent Marine Services: Technical Supervisor of all contract awarded ship repair. Ship Main Propulsion and Auxiliary Equipment Systems Expert. HM&E (Hull Mechanical & Electrical). My credentials as a Naval Surface Ship Engineer/Repair Officer proved to be key in the award and successful completion of the company’s first ever performance history in ship repair.



• Regional Field Sales Manager: (27 States) State and Local Law Enforcement and Fire Departments. Routinely worked new Business Development highlighted by new territories in the Midwest of 11 States.



• Power Plant Watch-stander: Responsible for the safe operation of multi-fuel boilers, turbines, switchboards, centrifugal chill water and condensers, daily water chemistry samples and treatment, coal & ash handling.

• Chief Engineer Directed operations and maintenance of propulsion, auxiliary machinery, and electric power generation equipment. Directly responsible for the training, evaluation, and discipline of 30 men in four divisions. Formulated, directed, and evaluated training programs; crafted reports and provided technical assistance and advice. Managed operating & repair budgets in excess of 1.7 million dollars, all repairs completed on time or ahead of schedule.

• Operations and Production Manager coordinated all shore Intermediate underwater maintenance and repair, Supervised 4 Navy Dive Teams and coordinated the support work from 690 personnel in the repairs of 87 submarines & surface ships.

• Life Support Equipment Specialist in Deep Sea/High Altitude Physiological Parachute Technician certifications.

• Occupational Health and Safety Manager Trained, inspected, and directed more then 200 personnel aboard seven Patrol Coastal ships with numerous small craft operations daily.

• Quality Assurance Manager developed and administered policy and procedures for regulating and integrating work of repair facilities; supervised the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment; made ship alterations or design modifications.

• Industrial Shop Manager Maintained, repaired, and restored all ships machinery and support equipment to good working order. Organized, and controlled industrial shop production.

• Safe Pilotage and Navigation 3200 TON & 385 TON Vessels inland waterways, littoral and open oceans worldwide. Highest level of trust imposed by a Commanding Officer, I was called upon during special or restricted navigation in the most arduous situations to ensure the safety of the crew and ship.

• Naval Special Warfare VBSS Boarding Officer/Trainer Tasked with initial mission training of crew members for insert/extract, Vessel Boarding Search and Seizure operations. Conducted NATO Joint Force training, Classified and Unclassified mission profiles in open-ocean and littoral waters worldwide.

• Damage Control Officer Trained and directed firefighting, rescue/salvage & towing operations in harbors, littoral waters, and open oceans worldwide.

• U.S. Navy Mixed Gas Diving & Hyperbaric Chamber Supervisor Conducted repairs, salvage/towing, supervised closed, open circuit, surface supplied diving operations, and recompression treatments worldwide.

• Master Chief Petty Officer Leadership, Management, Consultation, Advisor, Risk Manager, Administrator, Director of Ships Routine. Ensured compliance of policy and procedures and crafted changes as necessary for the highest level of safety, integrity, professionalism, performance, appearance of the ship and crew.
