 Responsible for monitoring ships repair job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule

 Leading and supervising projects from cradle to grave - project management, supply, installation, testing, commissioning.

 Responsible for supervising, coordinating and leading a team of workers and to perform on-site piping pre- fabrication and installation.

 Responsible for assisting in manpower and resourcing scheduling and deployment, daily man hour returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.

Site construction of compressor station (oil & gas), was over all in-charge for erection of static and rotary equipments. PEB’s erection as per AISC & ASME standard with concrete foundations and anchor bolts alignment as per drawings and specifications, calculation of BOQs, supervision of pipe layouts for gas transportation as per GA drawings, supervision of civil foundations execution and monitoring erection activities, assisting site in-charge for all construction activities in the site including follow ups of the vendors, man power / resources, pigging & hydro testing of pipes as per specifications, coatings and thickness measurements, surface preparations as per SA 2.5 standards, attending meetings and aiming for achieving targets in time, certifying the vendor’s job completion reports.

 

Arrange, Participate in Project Kick-off meeting, Contract Review, Design and Model reviews and facilitate completion of the Design and Engineering work.

Arrange design inputs from Client, other agencies for carrying out engineering activities.

Participate in the Planning and Scheduling of engineering activity.

Monitor the Engineering progress, address shortfalls, develop recovery plans and ensure plans made are implemented.

Ensure that Engineering deliverables generated by the Engineering team meet the Project requirements in terms of technical content and follow Project specific procedures.
